Returns & Refunds
How to return an item/s.
You can return an item or items by post to our warehouse using Hermes or Parcelforce. Please check their website for current prices which vary according to weight and size of parcel. It is payable by you as we do not offer a free returns service. Please send us your, name, delivery address and order number by e-mail and in the parcel to help us process it quicker.

How many days do I have to return my order?
You can return your online order within 28 days of receiving your goods.
How much does it cost to return?
Please check prices with Hermes or parcel force, it is payable by you as we do not offer a free returns service.
Original Condition
Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
How long does the return process take?
It takes 3-5 days depending on which postage package you choose, for your package to reach our warehouse in UK and we try to process your return within 48 hours after arriving. We keep you posted via email on the progress and your refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received the item(s) at our warehouse, we will process your return. From the moment we refund you, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes differs per bank and payment method but takes approximately 14 days - see timeline below. We'll refund the same method you used to pay.
The process timeline:
1. Shipment to warehouse: 3-5 business days
2. Processing package: 1 business day
3. Refund processed by bank:
- Credit/debit card: max 14 business days
- Apple Pay & Google Pay: max. 14 days
- PayPal: max 3 business days
4. Refund will be paid the same way the purchase was made.

Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange policy. Your refund will be paid to you and you can simply order another item.
